If you are unhappy with an order we will accept returns or exchanges on a case by case basis within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns for a dislike of aesthetics, such as visuals, aromas etc so please do ensure you are certain of your choice and have read product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.
When returning the product you will be responsible for making the arrangements & cost. We will also need you to provide the receipt of purchase prior to the return, in order to be approved. Please note the refund can only be issued to the card the items were bought with.

Before purchasing any products please ensure to read the full ingredients list on the website to check for allergens. If you have sensitivities to some or all essential oils, we would advise to shop from our essential oil free products found in our sensitive range.
We would also advise to always do a small patch test prior to using any soaps or skincare products for the first time.
